Graduate Bundle (Exclusive to High School, Tafe, or University Students) - includes a RESUME and a 1-Page COVER LETTER.

Graduate Package includes:

• A 15 minute “Discovery Call” by me to the potential client following up on your inquiry (for Uni students only)

• Pre-Consultation preparation: You send me your current resume and a job/position description (if applying for one job) so that I can get started on your resume and prepare for your initial Booked Zoom Consultation.

• ***** For High School students, consultations can be via telephone or email only*****

• A 1 hr hour Zoom Consultation to chat about your career history, establish and determine key skills, workshop your key achievements. This ensures that all brainstormed information is gathered to write your new resume.

• Client Questionnaire is filled in by client and sent to me prior to Zoom consultation.

• A modern ATS compliant resume tailored for one job and 1 short cover letter.

• 1 x revision of resume and 1 x revision of cover letter.

  Turnaround times

• You'll normally get the first draft of your resume within 4 working days after the consultation. Contact me prior to purchase to ensure I can meet your job application deadline please (if any).
  

  Additional Information

• This package requires an existing resume, (of some sort) to assist with drafting .

• It’s best if there is a job that you want to apply for, so I can tailor the application OR a general idea of the types of jobs will be fine.
  

  No refunds available

• Due to the enormous amount of time I put into each application, refunds are not available (except where required by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission law.

  Client Responsibility for Proofreading

• The Client is responsible for thoroughly proofreading all drafts provided. By entering into this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that it is their duty to review and verify the accuracy of all content. The Service Provider is not liable for any errors or omissions that were present in the drafts once approved by the Client.

• Timings (subject also to clients requiring a resume from scratch, then this may alter)

• The first draft of your resume will be provided within four (4) working days following the initial zoom consultation.

• Once resume is completed, I will start on your 1 page short cover letter.

• All documents must be finalised within 10 business days (2 weeks) of the Zoom consultation. This requires the client to return edited documents in a timely fashion.

  Written Customer Review

• Once your package is finalised I kindly ask for your support in growing Tailor Made Resumes by leaving a review via email, Google, or Facebook. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and should be submitted within 7 days of completion.
